Main features
● The product can be equipped with a chain of clearance balancing device,during use process,always keep the shoes on bothsides equalize the clearance,completely avoid the phenomenon of the brakelining on one side attaching stickers brake disc due tothe uneven clearance,and is set with shoe auto digital device.
● Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings,are with the features of high transmission efficiency,long ife,no
lubrication during use.
● The brake springs are arranged in a square spring tube,a braking torque gauge is set on one side,brake torque is directly
displayed,is intuitive and easy to be adjusted.
● Non-asbestos brake pads are installed with the plug-in style,is more convenient.
●Brake pad wear automatic compensation device can make the shoe clearance and the brake torque remain constant during use.
● Some additional functions can be realized by the addition of devices.
● Manual release device.
● Released or closed limit switch can realize signal display of the brake is properly released or closed.
● The brake pad wear limit switch,can realize the automatic display signal when the brake pad wear to limit.
● To use Ed series pusher drive with delay valve,can relize brake delay closure and smooth braking.
